Alfa Safe System Wall
Although walls are considered secondary structures, they serve as the second critical line of defense in earthquake resistance. To effectively utilize the shear resistance of walls, the spacing and thickness of wall reinforcement must be precisely positioned and tied. The design and construction of rebar for Alfa Safe System Wall utilize a one-piece wall stirrup patented structural technique at wall ends and corners. This ensures that rebar tying is more secure and robust, with consistent and uniform spacing and adequate concrete cover thickness. These features enhance the wall’s crack resistance, waterproofing, and shear resistance, thereby significantly improving the structural safety and seismic resilience of buildings.
