The Alfa Safe Dual-Core Column reinforcement technique is created through bending of one-piece rebars. By leveraging systematic rebar design planning and automated processing technology, it addresses issues with rebar processing, tying and assembly. Each rebar is meticulously planned, cut, processed, and bent to precise dimensions, minimizing material waste. Unlike the traditional method of cutting and tying rebar piece by piece with iron wire, this technique modularizes rebar components, standardizes tying and incorporates error-proofing.
