Construction Quality Observation Session

I. Venue Setup and Workflow Arrangement
1. Videos on Systemic Rebar Construction Quality Observation Session:
Alfa Safe has uploaded numerous videos of systemic rebar construction quality observation sessions for different types of sites on YouTube. During the construction of the underground structure, a group is established to notify site engineers and rebar suppliers for review. This allows everyone to form a clear and comprehensive mental image of the observation session in advance, enabling subsequent discussions on division of labor and collaborative suggestions for key considerations during the session.

2. Preparatory Tasks for the Observation Session:
Preparatory tasks for the Systemic Rebar Construction Quality Observation Session include: organizing the site and setting up explanatory boards, planning of the site traffic flow and demonstration locations for systemic columns and walls, creating a detailed schedule for the observation session, inviting residents and other members of the public and ensuring that each unit independently tracks and manages their assigned tasks.

3. Preparation for Demonstration Tying of Alfa Safe Dual-Core Column or Alfa Safe Systemic Column:
The demonstration will primarily be the tying of the Dual-Core Column or Systemic Column, with the Systemic Wall tying as supplementary. The construction site should prepare scaffolding and assign four rebar workers per column. To streamline the observation session, pre-tie the Dual-Core Column or Systemic Column at beam-column joints, which will be used as the demonstration models to minimize the time required for the tying process. One day before the observation session, Alfa Safe will conduct a final site inspection to ensure thorough preparation.

II. Quality Observation Session Process
1. Issuance of Certification for Systemic Rebar Technicians:
As part of Alfa Safe Earthquake-Resistant Techniques, systemic rebar technician education, training, and assessment are conducted during the basement structure phase. Those who pass the examination are awarded certifications during the firstfloor systemic rebar observation session. Alfa Safe will also explain the advantages of Alfa Safe Earthquake-Resistant Techniques, including standardized system, standardized specifications, efficient operations and foolproof components.

2. On-Site Tying Demonstration of Alfa Safe Dual-Core Column or Alfa Safe Systemic Column:
Rebar workers perform tying demonstrations based on the processes taught during their training and evaluation. Supervisors provide guidance by their side to ensure precision, while Alfa Safe explains the tying steps, requirements and key inspection points. Guests can observe the demonstration and experience the benefits of systemic rebars. After the tying demonstration, Alfa Safe conducts a step-by-step inspection and acceptance process. This allows parties involved in urban renewal and old building reconstruction projects to clearly understand the training and evaluation procedures for systemic rebar technicians.

3. Explanation of Systemic Rebar Quality Presentation:
The primary goal of the observation session is to showcase the construction quality of the first-floor reinforcement. Detailed explanations are provided for the quality of Dual-Core Column, Systemic Column and Systemic Wall, ensuring attendees understand the meticulous effort invested in the project. ※ Key points of explanation: one-piece modular design, precise and orderly positioning of the stirrups for Dual-Core Column or Systemic Column, excellent seismic resistance with interlocking internal reinforcements, enclosed confinement at the corners and end of Systemic Wall, robust rebars for Systemic Wall and enhanced seismic resilience of the central, circular core of Alfa Safe Dual-Core Column... and so on.
